Managing a public safety drone operation is time consuming enough without the added burden of administrative tasks.
SafetyDrone simplifies these tasks and lets you focus on flying. We provide the tools needed to manage your operations in a single, easy to use platform.
SafetyDrone provides a single repository where first responders can track all of their uav / drone related equipment (Drones, Batteries, Equipment). As part of our system we track flight hours and help you schedule maintenance for all your UAV related assets providing you with proactive notification of upcoming maintenance events. Our graphic drone schema (geometry) provides our users with a common standard to let you identify parts without serial numbers in a constant manner (for example identifying the “3rd arm” of a drone). Finally, we track all of your operators’ hours and have a currency notification showing their total experience as well as their last 90 days, providing a quick and easy way to monitor proficiency.
SafetyDrone provides the ability to create custom pre, post and maintenance checklists as well as risk assessment forms as well as upload additional documents (authorisation forms, custom documentation etc..) into our platform. So, no matter what your workflow we can accommodate your process. In addition, we are building out a growing library of public safety documents based on our user feedback. These documents will be included in our digital library for all our users to access.
All of the flight operations and documentation can be exported as needed in multiple formats. In addition, we provide a series of pre-set and customizable reports that provide detailed information on flights, operators, maintenance and more. Reports can be as detailed as how many flight hours were flown by a specific drone and pilot for a specific case number or as broad as how many hours did a department fly in a month. Our reporting structure supports most regulatory body requirements. (CASA, CAA-NZ, FAA, CAD, EASA, DGAC, TBST) and we are constantly updating the reports to reflect changing laws.
SafetyDrone provides the latest tools for planning missions when time permits as well as tracking flights upon completion. Our mission planning feature allows you to allocate pilots and equipment in advance, check airspace, and get required authorisation.
When it comes to flying, we are the industry leader in telemetry types supported (allowing you to visualize UAV flight path on a 3d playback). This means that if you decide to add additional hardware or change suppliers chances are we will support it. All of your flight data and reports are then neatly organized in a case folder, allowing you see all actions in a single location (planned missions, flights, documentation, incidents, locations).

In addition, the mobile app provides you with access to the latest airspace status updates, local weather and solar index reading that might affect your operations. Finally, you can create custom reports tracking flights, drones, pilots and more.
